What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive partner portfolio results and executive interlocks.
- Identify and recruit new partners within the AWS ecosystem to achieve technology integration and growth goals.
- Deliver against AWS partner and co-sell quotas through sourced and influenced revenue pipelines.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to align on partner-driven deals.
- Ensure a balanced mix of partner-sourced bookings and deep technical solution integration.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience owning and establishing strategic partnerships with AWS.
- Deep understanding of the global Big Data market and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Experience driving revenue through partner or alliance channels in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills for managing multi-party enterprise deals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Nice to have
- Background in a startup or high-growth software company.
- Prior experience executing go-to-market campaigns with ISVs on AWS.
