What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex customer programme requirements.
• Lead and mentor programme teams to design innovative technical solutions.
• Define and implement governance frameworks for project and programme execution.
• Manage project costs, scheduling, and departmental budgets.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and business change strategies within the programme.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance.
• Must have resided in the UK for at least 10 years.
• Proven experience in project and programme management within a professional services environment.
• Strong background in scheduling, stakeholder management, and project governance.
• Ability to lead teams and influence performance outcomes.
• Proficiency in defining project plans and performance criteria.
