Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for research project stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage resources for weekly research playtest sessions.
• Ensure consistent communication across multiple projects throughout planning, execution, and delivery.
• Organize and drive kick-off and debrief meetings to align project deliverables.
• Maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and knowledge-management systems.
• Support on-site teams to ensure a consistent experience for visitors and playtesters.

Requirements

• Must have existing right to work in the UK.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in time-critical projects.
• Experience with process mapping and organizational tools.
• Decisive approach with the ability to react effectively to unexpected challenges.
