TL;DR

Growth Marketer (B2B): Executing integrated marketing campaigns and growth experiments to drive pipeline generation and product adoption with an accent on data-driven performance measurement and cross-functional collaboration. What you will do

  • Define and deliver global marketing plans to accelerate sales opportunities and product expansion.
  • Design and execute growth experiments and A/B tests across the customer lifecycle.
  • Measure marketing performance using diagnostics to implement continuous improvements.
  • Partner with sales and product marketing teams to ensure content and campaigns are timely and impactful.
  • Share actionable insights and best practices with the wider team.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to the office in the UK on a regular basis.
  • Proven experience executing and managing B2B marketing programs within a technology environment.
  • Strong ability to measure marketing performance and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end while balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a history of working across cross-functional teams.
