What you will do
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Configure and customize the platform to meet specific client requirements.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and scalable solution designs.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct professional workshops and training sessions for client teams.
- Integrate ServiceNow with existing enterprise ecosystems including ERP and HR systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ServiceNow implementation.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Proven ability to develop technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Experience in managing project workflows and client-facing workshops.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- English: Fluent proficiency required.
