What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
  • Configure and customize the platform to meet specific client requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and scalable solution designs.
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct professional workshops and training sessions for client teams.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with existing enterprise ecosystems including ERP and HR systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ServiceNow implementation.
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
  • Proven ability to develop technical specifications and solution architectures.
  • Experience in managing project workflows and client-facing workshops.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
