What you will do

• Configure and code on the ServiceNow platform, including UI changes, workflows, and custom application development.
• Develop service request process flows utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, and Notifications.
• Build and maintain Service Portal applications and reusable utilities for low-code environments.
• Automate processes and integrate systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system technical design and specifications documentation.
• Analyze user requirements to automate workflows and enhance the ServiceNow roadmap.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies.
• English: Mandatory
• Strong collaborative, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, and BCM.
