What you will do
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for CRM systems.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer journeys and CRM-related processes.
- Support configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of CRM solutions.
- Drive workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in business or functional analysis roles.
- Strong experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions.
- Proven ability to write functional specifications and user stories.
- Fluent in English mandatory and either French or Dutch (written and spoken).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.
