What you will do

  • Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for CRM systems.
  • Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer journeys and CRM-related processes.
  • Support configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of CRM solutions.
  • Drive workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business or functional analysis roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions.
  • Proven ability to write functional specifications and user stories.
  • Fluent in English mandatory and either French or Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.
