What you will do
- Manage and optimize core employee lifecycle processes and HRIS systems like Workday or Dayforce.
- Lead global immigration processes and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
- Develop and refine sophisticated HR workflows to improve user experience and data integrity.
- Conduct audits and resolve systemic issues within HR platforms to maintain high operational standards.
- Mentor junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration on People Ops initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to drive actionable insights and strategic improvements for the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Expert-level proficiency in HRIS platforms, specifically Workday or Dayforce.
- Proven track record in managing the full employee lifecycle within complex organizations.
- Deep experience with global immigration and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Ability to independently manage large-scale cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process scalability.
