What you will do

• Manage and optimize core employee lifecycle processes and HRIS systems like Workday or Dayforce.
• Lead global immigration processes and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Develop and refine sophisticated HR workflows to improve user experience and data integrity.
• Conduct audits and resolve systemic issues within HR platforms to maintain high operational standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration on People Ops initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to drive actionable insights and strategic improvements for the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Expert-level proficiency in HRIS platforms, specifically Workday or Dayforce.
• Proven track record in managing the full employee lifecycle within complex organizations.
• Deep experience with global immigration and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
