What you will do
- Design and administer comprehensive global benefits and leave programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with evolving federal, state, and international regulations.
- Manage annual open enrollment and vendor transitions within HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex leave cases.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and improve employee experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a focus on benefits and leave management.
- Proficiency with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, PFL, ERISA, ACA, and GDPR compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex policies to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting benefits for employees in EMEA or APAC regions.
- Professional certifications such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP.
- Experience with global immigration processes.
