What you will do

  • Design and administer comprehensive global benefits and leave programs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with evolving federal, state, and international regulations.
  • Manage annual open enrollment and vendor transitions within HRIS systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex leave cases.
  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and improve employee experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a focus on benefits and leave management.
  • Proficiency with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, PFL, ERISA, ACA, and GDPR compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex policies to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting benefits for employees in EMEA or APAC regions.
  • Professional certifications such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP.
  • Experience with global immigration processes.
