What you will do

- Own the full sales lifecycle including pipeline generation, forecasting, and enterprise deal execution.
- Meet aggressive ARR and new logo acquisition targets.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with clients and key regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership with complex B2B pursuits targeting C-suite executives.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
- Professional fluency in English and German is required.
- Understanding of the procurement technology and services landscape.
- Must be based in an accessible European hub (D-A-CH preferred) and willing to travel 25-40%.
