Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, California (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end global HR function, covering talent acquisition, HRBP, payroll, and compensation.
• Lead critical hiring processes for technical, commercial, and corporate roles globally.
• Partner with founders on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
• Develop and operate practical performance management and feedback frameworks.
• Manage global HR compliance, employment contracts, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and mentor a high-quality HR team, maintaining a strong bias for execution and ownership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization.
• Strong hands-on background capable of operating at both strategic and execution levels.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and employment structures.
• Solid expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations.
• Ability to work closely with founders in a fast-paced environment.
