What you will do

• Map and optimize hirify.global’s end-to-end go-to-market and brand experience.
• Develop and enforce a clean data foundation for revenue operations.
• Build agentic workflows that accelerate sales efforts while maintaining human judgment.
• Design and ship measurable stage plays that address funnel friction.
• Implement quality loops to ensure orchestration remains sharp and trustworthy at scale.
• Document complex system designs and trade-offs to ensure long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA with alignment to Pacific Time.
• Strong engineering background with experience operating production systems.
• Proven experience building systems that power revenue (GTM) teams.
• Proficiency in sequencing and scripting AI-led tooling (e.g., Metaflow, Clay).
• Technical fluency in CRM architecture, SQL, and scripting (TypeScript/Python).
• Expertise in systems thinking, balancing commercial impact with technical reliability.

Nice to have

• Experience with intent/ABM systems.
• Background in developer tools or technical GTM motions.
• Deep understanding of modern marketing and demand capture workflows.
