Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid model: 1-5 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted workflows.
• Design and orchestrate complex systems integrating AI agents into human workflows to drive efficiency.
• Develop and maintain efficient components and algorithms within a microservice multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment.
• Critically evaluate human and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Contribute to all phases of the SDLC, including design, implementation, code reviews, and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, Python, Scala, Go, Node.js, or C++).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering and experience with AI development tools.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and ability to cultivate reliable system contexts.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in Generative AI, RAG systems, and Agentic workflows.
• Experience with Big-Data, ML, S3, Kafka, and Elastic Search.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
