What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal platforms serving People, Finance, Ops, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• Build API-first integrations connecting HRIS, CRM, and finance platforms into a coherent internal stack.
• Develop AI/LLM-powered features to automate approvals, knowledge retrieval, and operational processes.
• Own the full software lifecycle from scoping and architecture to production deployment and monitoring.
• Create clean data pipelines to eliminate silos and maintain a single source of truth.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building internal tools or business systems.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building API integrations between third-party SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Workday).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modelling, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Must be based in Seoul, Korea for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect) or integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft).
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js.
• Experience working at a high-growth or AI-native company.
• Contributions to developer experience (DX) tooling or internal SDKs.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/LLM-powered features to real users.
