What you will do

• Audit and optimize the GTM stack, including Clay, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Tofu, to identify enrichment gaps.
• Own end-to-end enrichment workflows and build multi-provider waterfalls for lead quality.
• Develop intent-driven campaigns and write custom scripts to extend the capabilities of off-the-shelf tools.
• Act as the technical connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.
• Build production-quality integrations and data pipelines to scale signal-based outreach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product or GTM Engineering at a high-growth AI startup.
• Proficiency in Next.js, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for building automation workflows and pipelines.
• Experience prototyping AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs (e.g., Claude Code).
• Deep technical expertise in Hubspot and Salesforce APIs for programmatic data extraction and hygiene.
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on clean data models and reliable automation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco
