What you will do

• Own end-to-end event logistics for dev-focused events, including user conferences, meetups, and workshops.
• Manage vendors, venues, budgets, and timelines from planning to post-event wrap-up.
• Build a consistent community presence, focusing on the Bay Area.
• Coordinate on-site logistics for content capture and attendee signal collection.
• Maintain clear documentation for event plans, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Liaise with GTM and Sales to ensure lifecycle momentum pre- and post-event.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating or managing events in a SaaS or technical environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage timelines, vendors, and moving parts.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners.
• Able to work autonomously in an async-first environment and own tasks from start to finish.
• Clear, concise communicator who documents decisions and keeps stakeholders informed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and software delivery concepts.
• Experience running events for developer or engineering audiences.
• Existing network in Bay Area dev communities or tech event ecosystems.
• Experience with ABM or intent tools.
