• Own the social content creation process from ideation to execution.
• Develop fresh, innovative ideas for both day-to-day content and larger social-first campaigns.
• Translate ideas into stories and concept content with a strong POV on which format serves which idea and channel best.
• Adapt hirify.global's unique brand voice and positioning to feel at home on each platform.
• Be comfortable filming, presenting, and producing content yourself.
• Foster community by engaging with followers and responding to cultural moments.

Requirements

• A sharp editorial instinct for transforming information and ideas into compelling content.
• Experience in content production, comfortable behind and in front of the camera.
• A track record of developing unexpected and effective content ideas that people share organically.
• A strong, diverse portfolio of high performing social media work.
• Deeply embedded in internet culture and fluency in trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail and a quick wit.
