What you will do

• Plan and execute high-profile corporate events, including customer conferences, road shows, and internal milestones.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor negotiations, venue selection, and onsite coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BDE teams to ensure event activities align with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Support the execution of virtual and hybrid events to maximize engagement.
• Track event performance metrics, manage budgets, and conduct post-event analysis to optimize ROI.
• Ensure seamless experiences for partners, sponsors, and attendees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning, specifically in B2B tech.
• Must be based in the United States (NY, NJ, TX, IL, CA preferred).
• Strong expertise in event logistics, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Canva, and Asana.
• Ability to travel up to 35% for onsite event execution.
