Salary: $170,000–$205,000

What you will do

  • Define and evolve the community vision, annual plan, and key success metrics.
  • Administer the virtual community platform, ensuring content and resources are compelling and up-to-date.
  • Moderate community discussions to ensure a safe, high-quality, and professional environment.
  • Execute member engagement initiatives including user groups, content series, and recognition programs.
  • Plan and run virtual events such as webinars, AMAs, and product spotlights.
  • Develop member-facing communication strategies and report community health insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in community management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience administering community platforms such as Higher Logic or similar tools.
  • Proven track record in community moderation, governance, and handling escalations.
  • Ability to design and manage persona-based user groups and engagement programs.
  • Strong experience in executing virtual and in-person community events.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and report on community growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience in community-led growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with translating product feedback into actionable roadmap insights.
  • Background in CLM, legal ops, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories.
  • Experience managing sensitive communications and negative member sentiment.
