What you will do

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective business development strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from need definition to candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the IT and Engineering sectors.
  • Act as a qualitative spokesperson to clients and candidates to deepen professional relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in recruitment or business development, preferably in IT or Engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset toward relationship building.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to identify talent.
  • Good command of English is required for international collaboration.
