What you will do

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with referral partners across the iGaming ecosystem.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities in affiliate marketing and iGaming.
• Manage the entire relationship lifecycle from initial contact to long-term collaboration.
• Represent hirify.global as a brand ambassador at leading European industry events such as those in London, Malta, Barcelona, and Rome.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and long-term success.
• Contribute insights to strengthen the overall partnership strategy and market presence.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or account management in iGaming, performance marketing, or SaaS.
• English: B2+ (strong written and spoken communication skills).
• Ability to travel and attend conferences across Europe.
• Proactive approach to managing an active partner pipeline independently.
• Existing connections within the iGaming or affiliate ecosystem are a strong advantage.
