What you will do

  • Acquire and convert qualified advertising clients to the hirify.global Search platform.
  • Create and communicate compelling business cases and value proposals for potential advertisers.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and foster ongoing relationships with partners ranging from C-suite executives to functional leads.
  • Maintain and develop a robust pipeline of potential advertising leads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to support partner onboarding and product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Ad sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in selling Search-related campaigns.
  • 7+ years of business experience.
  • Must be a resident of the US, Canada, UK, Germany, or France.
  • Strong executive-level presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • High organizational capability in managing all aspects of client service.
