What you will do
- Manage full-cycle sales from initial discovery calls and pitches to final partner onboarding.
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach including calling and emailing prospective small business partners.
- Identify and pursue new expansion areas to close supply gaps in the US market.
- Work closely with management to refine sales strategies and hit growth targets.
- Perform both inside and outside sales activities to build and maintain the network.
Requirements
- Full-cycle sales experience in a startup environment is required.
- Experience selling directly to small businesses.
- Ability to perform high-volume cold calling and handle in-person sales interactions.
- Strong self-management skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
