What you will do

  • Build and scale partnerships with large enterprise brands to drive supply and demand growth.
  • Identify and execute affiliate marketing opportunities to enhance user acquisition in coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage end-to-end sales and partnership processes, including navigating large-scale RFP procedures.
  • Lead the 0-to-1 launch of new delivery and locker business lines within the Japanese market.
  • Collaborate with global leadership and investors to translate network reach into scalable revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter capable of managing goals independently in a startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel locally for business meetings.
