What you will do

  • Identify and capitalize on new business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities within a specified territory.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and CXO-level executives.
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to align product offerings with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, specialist teams, and the partner ecosystem to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation through to closing complex deals.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene to ensure accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and account management with experience exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, including Linux infrastructure, cloud-native development, and container management.
  • Expertise in applying enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or Clari.
  • Ability to work in Japan.
