Location: Must live local to San Francisco; role is Hybrid.
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 OTE USD (excluding equity).

What you will do
- Standardize best practices and processes within the restaurant success function.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with restaurant partners to troubleshoot issues and drive platform usage.
- Track restaurant KPIs and OKRs to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
- Conduct hands-on training for restaurant staff on platform features and product updates.
- Maintain proactive communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Analyze adoption trends to drive long-term partner success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing Account Management roles, preferably in technology.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or disruptive tech industries.
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and build strong partner rapport.
- Must be local to San Francisco, as this role involves field work.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
