• Build and standardize best practices for restaurant success and onboarding.
• Partner with sales and account teams to troubleshoot issues and solve partner inquiries.
• Track and analyze restaurant KPIs and OKRs to identify growth opportunities.
• Measure the impact of adoption strategies to drive long-term platform success.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff regarding new features and products.
• Maintain proactive, multi-channel communication with partners including face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing account management, preferably in technology-enabled sectors.
• Demonstrable background in restaurant, hospitality, or industry-disrupting tech products.
• Strong initiative with a proven track record of solving problems and building rapport.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.
