Salary: $160,000–$177,500 + 15% annual bonus

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end design for major initiatives from early concept through delivery.
• Define and communicate long-term product vision in partnership with engineering and product leaders.
• Communicate design direction via storytelling, visual concepts, and narrative artifacts.
• Influence organizational product strategy and establish design documentation standards.
• Mentor junior designers and elevate overall design quality across teams.
• Create high-fidelity mocks, prototypes, and system diagrams for complex workflows.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience designing complex, user-facing products.
• Must have the capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
• Proficiency with Figma and strong systems thinking skills.
• Experience working in both structured enterprise environments and fast-moving startup conditions.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment between executives and delivery teams.
• Strong background in information architecture and complex data visualization.

• Experience leading or evolving design systems.
• Experience working with AI-powered workflows or complex data systems.
• Ability to shape multi-pillar initiatives using vision concepts and future-state prototyping.
