What you will do

• Define and drive experience strategy for complex onboarding systems including identity verification and account setup.
• Lead staff-level design work to set benchmarks for quality, usability, and trust across all onboarding surfaces.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, research, and compliance teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
• Evolve design language and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across the hirify.global product ecosystem.
• Use experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral data to optimize activation flows and time-to-value.
• Mentor fellow designers and raise craft standards through rigorous critique and collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a portfolio of shipped mobile and web work.
• Must have existing work authorization in the United States.
• Proven track record of designing complex user journeys such as onboarding, KYC, or financial service lifecycles.
• Strong background in operating independently within regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Advanced prototyping skills to communicate complex system behaviors and interactions.
• Data-informed approach leveraging qualitative and quantitative signals to guide product decisions.
