What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for AI product surfaces from concept to production.
• Design core user flows that make complex AI capabilities feel simple and natural.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to ship high-quality features.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Evolve the design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on real user behavior.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product or UX designer with a strong portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
• Experience working closely with engineering partners in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Comfort designing from incomplete inputs and evolving requirements.
• Must be able to work on-site or hybrid in Palo Alto, California.

• Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products.
