What you will do

• Evolve and extend the design system to support new patterns and improve cross-team consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into impactful solutions.
• Design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma with a focus on usability and scalability.
• Refine core product experiences, including onboarding flows and identified quality issues.
• Participate in defining and prototyping how developers interact with AI agents in IDE environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience working on complex or B2B products.
• Proven ability to build or scale a design system in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong systems thinking skills with an emphasis on long-term scalability and technical feasibility.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies within developer tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience designing developer tools, IDEs, or code-centric workflows.
• Familiarity with GitHub, VS Code, or JetBrains and basic coding concepts.
