TL;DR

Client Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving growth, retention, and executive alignment for top-tier financial institution customers with an accent on strategic account planning and expansion. Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 base pay (OTE is 50/50 split)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive 10-15% annual revenue growth.
  • Own renewal strategies and expand the usage of the ecosystem's partner products.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present strategic roadmaps and ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain C-level relationships and act as the primary point of contact for complex strategic issues.
  • Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to ensure customer value.
  • Manage CRM updates and track account health metrics for leadership reporting.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of account management or sales experience in SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts within the financial services sector.
  • Strong experience selling loan origination or digital lending solutions to top-tier banks or credit unions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and strategic QBR preparation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance (MBA preferred).
