What you will do

  • Contribute to achieving revenue and margin objectives for the assigned perimeter.
  • Implement action plans to develop client portfolios, manage RFPs, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key accounts and establish proximity with C-level decision-makers.
  • Coordinate cross-selling initiatives across various company entities and geographies.
  • Analyze sales performance indicators to detect trends, challenges, and improvement areas.
  • Support sales teams in onboarding, training, and the documentation of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales operations or senior roles in Engineering or Technology consulting.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese as mother tongue.
  • Strong background in Sales, Management, and Business Development.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments in Shanghai.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
