Sales Operation Manager

Location: Shanghai, China; permanent onsite position

What you will do

• Contribute to business plan objectives for revenue and margin within the assigned scope.
• Develop account strategies, manage RFPs and commercial agreements, and identify opportunities in priority markets.
• Expand client relationships and cross-selling opportunities across entities, locations, and group brands.
• Optimize delivery and invoicing models and support the transformation of related processes.
• Build long-term partnerships with client stakeholders and engage C-level decision-makers.
• Analyze sales performance, support onboarding and training, and improve prospecting, turnover, and gross margin.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sales operations or related senior roles within engineering or technology consulting services.
• Strong experience in sales, management, and business development.
• Fluent English and Chinese as a mother tongue.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
