What you will do
- Contribute to achieving revenue and margin objectives for the assigned perimeter.
- Implement action plans to develop client portfolios, manage RFPs, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Strengthen partnerships with key accounts and establish proximity with C-level decision-makers.
- Coordinate cross-selling initiatives across various company entities and geographies.
- Analyze sales performance indicators to detect trends, challenges, and improvement areas.
- Support sales teams in onboarding, training, and the documentation of sales processes.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in sales operations or senior roles in Engineering or Technology consulting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English; Chinese as mother tongue.
- Strong background in Sales, Management, and Business Development.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments in Shanghai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
