What you will do

  • Define and execute a strategic account plan for Orange with measurable objectives.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives.
  • Drive account growth through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate responses to major RFI/RFP bids alongside internal delivery teams.
  • Monitor P&L performance and key account indicators to adjust strategy in line with market trends.
  • Collaborate across internal entities to propose and deliver integrated, tailored client solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales within consulting, IT services, or software.
  • Proven background in managing large, multi-entity strategic accounts, ideally in the telecoms industry.
  • Ability to influence complex organizations and build trust with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset for P&L management and KPI tracking.
  • Fluent in French is mandatory.
  • Professional level of English is required.

  • Background or strong interest in telecom networks, cloud, and digital transformation.
  • Master’s degree in business or engineering.
