What you will do

  • Identify new market opportunities through analysis and proactive prospecting.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Attract, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent to build effective teams.
  • Mentor and coach team members to drive professional growth and success.
  • Oversee financial performance and implement strategies to optimize business unit results.
  • Lead daily operations to ensure project delivery and team cohesion.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business or engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong interest and curiosity regarding data and artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Structured and organized mindset with a competitive yet collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-excellence environment.

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch.
