What you will do

• Open new customer accounts and generate revenue across enterprise sectors such as banking, insurance, fintech, and telecom.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to contract signature and account growth.
• Drive commercial growth for software engineering, cloud, data, infrastructure, and DevOps services.
• Promote AI services, including GenAI solutions, AI agents, and automation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision makers, hiring managers, and procurement.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, contracts, and cooperation models.

Requirements

• 4–12 years of experience in bodyshopping, IT contracting, staff augmentation, or technology services.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and build revenue from scratch.
• Fluent Polish and English proficiency.
• Extensive network of C-level positions and IT Managers within large corporations in Poland and internationally.
• Strong understanding of the IT market and recruitment-driven sales.
• Ability to work independently and deliver against sales targets.
