What you will do

  • Formalize business and functional requirements for CRM-related processes.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
  • Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of CRM project delivery including testing and UAT.
  • Contribute to the optimization of customer journeys, sales, and service operations.
  • Actively engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure project alignment and documentation accuracy.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering required.
  • Must be eligible for the VIE program and willing to relocate to Brussels.
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken) required.
  • Initial experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions (Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Understanding of functional analysis and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
