What you will do
- Formalize business and functional requirements for CRM-related processes.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of CRM project delivery including testing and UAT.
- Contribute to the optimization of customer journeys, sales, and service operations.
- Actively engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure project alignment and documentation accuracy.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering required.
- Must be eligible for the VIE program and willing to relocate to Brussels.
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken) required.
- Initial experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions (Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Understanding of functional analysis and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
