What you will do
- Analyze large-scale biological and multi-omics datasets including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
- Develop and implement computational models, pipelines, and algorithms for drug discovery.
- Collaborate with bioinformaticians, data scientists, and wet lab researchers on interdisciplinary projects.
- Interpret complex research results and present findings to diverse scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.
- Contribute to experimental design and strategic data collection.
- Maintain high standards for data quality, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Genomics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience applying computational biology methods within pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl.
- Experience with high-throughput data analysis and visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of molecular biology and complex biological systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
