What you will do

  • Analyze large-scale biological and multi-omics datasets including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
  • Develop and implement computational models, pipelines, and algorithms for drug discovery.
  • Collaborate with bioinformaticians, data scientists, and wet lab researchers on interdisciplinary projects.
  • Interpret complex research results and present findings to diverse scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.
  • Contribute to experimental design and strategic data collection.
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Genomics, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience applying computational biology methods within pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl.
  • Experience with high-throughput data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of molecular biology and complex biological systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
