What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning systems, including scalable pipelines for inference and real-time processing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve product challenges using predictive analytics and user behavior modeling.
• Oversee hands-on prototyping and experimentation to validate AI solutions and translate insights into product strategy.
• Establish and enforce best practices for AI operations, including data quality and model monitoring.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and product-oriented thinking.
• Contribute directly to code and system architecture to ensure production-ready, cloud-integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or applied AI roles.
• 4+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams of data scientists and developers.
• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience building and deploying models and data pipelines in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, scalable data architectures, and production deployment patterns.
