What you will do

• Define critical business problems and hypotheses to ensure analyses drive meaningful decisions.
• Develop metrics, build reports, and run analyses to surface data insights that move key metrics.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize product and growth performance.
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to bring strategic recommendations to life.
• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a specific business unit (Growth, Product, AI, or Partnerships).

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous analytical problems and driving them to a business outcome.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
