Salary: $108,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Research and develop AI/ML approaches to deliver actionable insights for employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deploy and monitor ML solutions using MLOps practices.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to guide product investments and business directions.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for insight generation, benchmarking, and engagement scoring.
• Work with the Workforce Science team to explore organizational psychology and behavioral data.
• Translate complex models into scalable, maintainable software products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product-focused data science or building AI/ML algorithms.
• Fluency in Python and SQL with strong software engineering skills (OOP).
• Demonstrated experience deploying models to production with an engineering team.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• PhD in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Experience in HR space (People Analytics) or Organizational Psychology.
• Expertise in Time series analysis, Hierarchical Bayes, Deep Learning, or Neural Networks.
• Experience with recommender systems or NLP applications.
