Salary: $165,000 to $242,000

What you will do

• Independently lead end-to-end design across hirify.global Cloud Console.
• Translate complex infrastructure and platform needs into intuitive experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product direction.
• Articulate clear design rationale and advocate for user needs.
• Contribute to a growing design team and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a versatile senior designer.
• An excellent portfolio showcasing user-centered problem solving.
• Deep proficiency with Figma.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to define strategy and solve complex problems for technical users in B2B, infrastructure, developer tools, or platform contexts.
• Actively incorporates AI tools into your design workflow.
• Comfortable working with technical complexity and ambiguity.
• This position requires access to export controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, or (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Nice to have

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise platform products.
