• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to improve speed, iteration, and design quality.
• Take full ownership of product outcomes, balancing speed of execution with design quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping digital products for web and mobile.
• Proven track record of taking full ownership of ambiguous problems and driving them to successful outcomes.
• Strong product intuition and ability to link design decisions to business and customer impact.
• Experience or strong interest in designing AI-powered products, systems, and workflows.
• Bias toward action and the ability to work effectively in a high-agency, autonomous environment.
• Must be located in the US or Canada.
