TL;DR

Business Analyst (Consulting): Bridging business needs with technical teams for digital transformation projects with an accent on requirements gathering, process optimization, and system design. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Brussels, Belgium

What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops and interviews.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications or user stories for development teams.
  • Support process mapping and optimization using BPMN or UML tools.
  • Participate in test phases and define test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and IT deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation to ensure traceability across requirements and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the VIE program is mandatory
  • Willingness to relocate to Brussels
  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Interest in digital transformation, process improvement, and Agile methodologies

Nice to have

  • Prior internship or work experience in Business Analysis or IT consulting
