Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York or Toronto

hirify.global is a frontier AI startup building a Reinforcement Learning Operations (RLOps) platform that enables enterprises to specialize and deploy LLMs into production.

What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing BDR team rooted in accountability and collaboration.
  • Design and own outbound/inbound prospecting strategies, including target account lists, sequencing, and multi-channel messaging frameworks.
  • Set and manage team targets for activity and qualified meetings, holding the team accountable to pipeline generation goals.
  • Coach BDRs daily through call reviews and 1:1 sessions to improve outreach quality and conversion.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to align outreach with territory plans and revenue goals.
  • Experiment with tools and AI-assisted workflows to scale outbound efficiency and analyze performance metrics for iteration.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in sales development or business development.
  • 1–2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of BDRs/SDRs.
  • Track record of scaling a BDR function and consistently hitting pipeline generation targets.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, account-based strategies, and multi-channel sequencing.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Ability to comfortably lead technical conversations regarding AI and LLMs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/ML industries.
  • History of selling to technical buyers or into complex organizations.
