What you will do

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to transform business needs into high-quality user stories.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Validate solutions with business users to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure delivered products meet defined business objectives.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Functional Analyst in Agile environments.
  • Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to bridge technical and business departments.
