What you will do

• Own the product roadmap, translating business goals into themes, epics, and user stories
• Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and maintenance to focus on high-value initiatives
• Act as primary stakeholder contact, managing expectations and balancing requirements
• Manage features from discovery through release and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with Senior Developers on technical constraints and scalability
• Define KPIs with Product Marketing and guide decisions using data and user insights
• Lead agile ceremonies and improve product discovery processes

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Significant experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or complex web apps
• Strong understanding of web technologies (APIs, Cloud, Databases) and discussions with C# / Vue.js developers
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban); CSPO/PSPO certification a plus
• Analytical skills with tools like Jira, Productboard for data analysis and roadmapping
• Fluent in English; Italian/German advantageous
