What you will do

• Translate product vision and client objectives into a clear backlog, sprint goals, and release plans.
• Write and refine user stories with clearly defined outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the backlog, balancing value, risk, effort, and quality.
• Lead and structure core delivery rituals including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and accelerate delivery.
• Act as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to introduce structure and foster a sustainable, predictable delivery pace.
• Comfortable having transparent conversations about progress, risks, and trade-offs with clients.
• High level of ownership and ability to drive progress independently.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience as a Product Owner in a consultancy or agency environment is a strong plus.
