What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of onboarding specialists.
• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding while ensuring quality and compliance standards.
• Handle complex, high-risk onboarding cases including crypto, forex, and adult verticals.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and Visa/Mastercard regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive process efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement automation to improve onboarding scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in onboarding, underwriting, or KYC within fintech or payments.
• Proven experience in card acquiring and merchant onboarding processes.
• Previous experience in a leadership or team mentoring role.
• Deep understanding of Visa/Mastercard requirements and payment compliance.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
