What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy for lending across multiple markets, segments, and product lines.
• Uphold high product standards throughout the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Design sustainable and scalable solutions in collaboration with business, risk, and fintech teams.
• Identify and unlock growth levers including funnel expansion, conversion, and retention.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team, setting clear goals and driving accountability.
• Explore and launch new monetization opportunities and adjacent products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, including a role in product leadership.
• Strong background in fintech, specifically in lending or credit products.
• Proven ability to scale products across diverse markets and user segments.
• Deep knowledge of credit products, risk management, and unit economics.
• Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and influence in cross-functional environments.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
